InventIcons — End User License Agreement (EULA)

This is a commercial, proprietary software product. It is licensed, not sold.
By installing or using InventIcons (the "Software") you agree to this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT
   a) Free tier. You may use the Software free of charge with the built-in
      capacity limits. The free tier is provided so you can fully evaluate the
      Software before buying.
   b) Paid tier. Upon purchase you receive a personal, worldwide, perpetual
      ("lifetime"), non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software
      without the capacity limits, activated with the license key issued to
      your email address. One license covers your own personal use.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may not, and may not permit others to:
   - resell, rent, sublicense, publish or otherwise redistribute the Software
     or any license key;
   - share, leak or publish a license key, or use a key issued to someone else;
   - circumvent, disable, remove or tamper with the licensing, activation or
     capacity-limit mechanisms, or assist anyone in doing so;
   - remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.

   If a license key (with its email) is shared, leaked, published or otherwise
   made publicly available, the license may be suspended — its paid features
   blocked and the free-tier limits applying again — until the matter is
   clarified. If you believe your own key has been exposed, contact
   contact@solidinvent.pl and it will be sorted out.

3. THIRD-PARTY ICON SETS
   The Software bundles icon artwork from third-party open-source projects —
   Tabler Icons, Boxicons and Phosphor Icons, all under the MIT license. Those
   assets remain the property of their respective authors and are redistributed
   under their own licenses; nothing in this Agreement restricts your rights
   under them. This Agreement covers the Software itself, not the icon artwork.

   Lucide icons are NOT bundled: they are provided by Obsidian itself through
   its plugin API.

4. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
   KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU
   USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The free tier exists specifically so you
   can verify the Software meets your needs before purchasing.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE
   LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, DATA LOSS, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN
   ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
   SOFTWARE OR ITS USE. The Software writes its own configuration file inside
   your vault or plugin folder; keep your own backups. The author's total
   aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

6. DATA & PRIVACY
   The Software stores its configuration inside your own Obsidian vault or in
   the plugin folder, as you choose. Icons and emoji are bundled, so nothing is
   fetched at runtime. Icons are display-only: your notes are never modified.
   License validation is performed locally and offline; the Software does not
   transmit your vault contents, file names or paths to the author.

7. REFUNDS
   Because the free tier lets you evaluate the Software in full before paying,
   purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or by
   the terms of the payment provider (Merchant of Record) used at checkout.

8. TERMINATION
   This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. On
   termination you must stop using the paid features and delete any copies made
   in violation of this Agreement.

9. GOVERNING LAW
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict
   of law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of
   residence are not affected.
